I'm running AGS on a Mac, G4 PowerPC to be precise, emulating Windows 2000 with VirtualPC. I'm butting up against the occasional problem and I'm wondering if others have overcome them. Mostly testing rooms moves incredibly slowly, and often when running a game I get the "cannot set video mode" response. Seems Windows doesn't want to run in 320x200, though I know it works fine on OSX when I play them with AGSRunTime.

Anyone tackled these issues before? There's gotta be the odd Mac-user here.

Since this looks to be an emulaton issue and not an AGS issue, and since it's gotten no replies in two days, I'll shift it to General Discussion. It might get more notice there.

Oh, and  the 'windows not running 320x240' problem sounds similar to this issue. Try using Setup to run the game windowed.

I know what you're thinking ... Don't think that.
