calsoon 1 was the 1st ags game i played (got it from the underdogs), so i finally got round to playing number 2, and i must say, this was a really enjoyable game to play. the voice acting was imo really well done and not annoying at all, and i found that last puzzle a good puzzle. i immediately recongised the woods from pleurghburg, and i was really impressed by that movie clip in the cave. well done!

Calsoon 2 is a huge improvement on its insipid predecessor. While the first Calsoon game seemed to think a man in his underwear was enough, Calsoon 2 has a few real laughs.

It's not a great game but most of what made the first Calsoon so dire has been addressed. Tork no longer crawls slowly across the screen. His movement has been speeded up considerably. Sadly, he has become even more annoying with the addition of a voice pack, allowing him to talk in a cliche "I'm so stupid" voice. Still, the voice pack, though crackly and quiet at times, helps enhance some amusing characters like the Man in the Hole and Fat Willy. Considering the lack of characterisation of just about everyone in the first Calsoon, these amusing creations are welcome additions.

Calsoon 2 is a lot harder than the first game, sometime frustratingly so. In the games second half there is a tedious, very difficult puzzle involving moving wooden blocks. It's very cleverly constructed but frustrating enough to cause many players to give up before reaching the end of the game.

The graphics have been improved with two lovely cut scenes, the second of which is particularly impressive. Sadly, the cumbersome Tork remains awkward and sometimes proves difficult to control.

I would recommend playing Calsoon 2 once. You don't really need to play the original to understand it and it's certainly a worthwhile creation. However, it is ultimately a rough ride and while there's fun to be had, there's still something missing from this clunky adventure.

An enjoyable game, lots of interesting characters and a wacky plot!

Decent graphics (which needed more/better animation). I really liked the music, and I liked the voice acting though sometimes the volumes didn't match.

Puzzles were mostly reasonable, but not easy. One big puzzle near the end was more annoying than fun.

The only disappointment is that the player won't show his underpants all the way in the sequel... :p

Really, really funny faces!
Speech gets very annoying, though, there could be a way to turn it off, after hearing once.
Overall, a nice game and worth every it of it.

This game has the most original story line ever seen, and it has a good amount of gameplay. I think it is definitely worth a download.

loved that game...I haven't tried the speech file yet but I will one day. Great funny game with nice chrille-puzzles. Chrille is one of the top AGSers if not the top one, and you should know that! loved it.
