Posted by Justin on 2009-09-25 at 01:03 (IP logged): Fantastic little game! The humour was great and for only containing two rooms it did make you think a bit. Congrats!
Posted by grydwrd on 2009-06-21 at 23:34 (IP logged): Moving the coins to an empty area of the counter wwould make this game dang near perfect.
Posted by bicilotti on 2009-01-08 at 21:28 (IP logged): Lovely drawings, an adorable character and a bit of AG cliché in the form of pixel hunting and strange inventory puzzles (eheheh).
Reccomended!
Posted by Bulbapuck on 2008-12-11 at 11:41 (IP logged): A great, feel-good kind of game. I really enjoyed it!
Posted by Marion on 2008-11-08 at 22:30 (IP logged): Really liked this fun little game ! Good puzzles, not too hard or too easy, and very good-looking graphics.
Posted by Matt on 2008-10-25 at 06:59 (IP logged): Short, sweet, and to the point. I loved the music and the diologue was pretty clever. It was really short though but I do believe a longer, more challenging sequel is in order.

I did find this game rather amusing, with nice puzzles, a good combination for a good game.
Posted by Pixelblink on 2008-07-05 at 18:41 (IP logged): I felt very immersed in this game. You really felt bad for the dude - he was so pathetic and you really wanted him to get better. A fun short game. I didn't feel cheated out of my time for downloading and playing this that's for sure. :)
Posted by Dharma_and_Greg#1fan on 2008-05-23 at 21:14 (IP logged): The puzzles weren't very hard, probably just about the right difficulty, except the $2 of coins being hard to see. The story was bland but the humor had its moments. The game isn't outstanding but I felt it was worth playing and the length suited the idea well.
Posted by Jimmy Shelter on 2007-11-21 at 21:55 (IP logged): Funny! A bit too easy, but nice for a short game.
Could have scored higher if there were more animations.
Posted by Blurble on 2007-11-04 at 12:52 (IP logged): I didn't find it funny at all, in fact it was kind of boring. The graphics are okay but the main character is not compelling at all.
Posted by Pat on 2007-10-12 at 07:50 (IP logged): A very good, funny, short game.
Posted by uvaagsfan on 2007-10-05 at 22:56 (IP logged): One of the best short-length ags games I have played. Amazing graphics and lovable main character. Puzzles are fairly easy but it doesn't matter because they all make sense and that should really be the point. I agree with the comment about the black screen being overused, howver.
Posted by hagg on 2007-06-02 at 23:46 (IP logged): very nice graphics, the puzzles were good and the monologues were pure genius. brilliant!
Posted by Aurelia Wang on 2007-03-18 at 07:49 (IP logged): Very awesome game - charming, witty, aesthetically pleasing... Also, adorable main character!
Posted by Afflict on 2007-03-12 at 17:22 (IP logged): A very nice short game, the graphics are cute and the interface is simple. A must play when you got the time. Well Done MASH!
Posted by FlyingMandarine on 2007-02-11 at 10:59 (IP logged): The graphics were quite nice, even if the black screen (to compensate for the absence of an animation, I suppose) was too much used in my opinion.
The game has no surprises but it does its job quite well, and the puzzles are alright (maybe a bit on the easy and unoriginal side).
Nevertheless, I feel it is way superior to most short games, so I can just recommend it!
Posted by desimaui on 2007-02-07 at 07:42 (IP logged): I liked it and thought graphics were pretty good!
Posted by Krantz on 2007-01-28 at 18:41 (IP logged): This is incredibly charming.
Posted by madmanmunt on 2007-01-27 at 14:33 (IP logged): A Cure for the Common Cold is a simple, two room quest for the necessary items to minimise the suffering of a cold victim. It's nicely put together with some attractive backgrounds and puzzles that will challenge you without have you pulling your hair out in frustration. Everything is pretty logical.
What makes A Cure for the Common Cold so good is its brilliantly witty script, a cynical observational monologue of poverty, depression and apathy with could not be more funny. I particularly like the final punchline, which really left me smiling.
A Cure for the Common Cold is a great game for anyone who has ever lived the the cliched squalor of a student apartment. If you never have, I recommend you play it anyway as you'll still find plenty to chuckle about.
Posted by Jane on 2007-01-18 at 18:31 (IP logged): Great game!
Posted by David O'connor on 2007-01-15 at 17:50 (IP logged): Short, but sweet.
Posted by egalotron on 2007-01-15 at 13:08 (IP logged): Very short, very nice.
