Now those who were disappointed by the pixel-hunting and had difficulties with finding the exits can try the game again. Soon I will add the improvements to Cosmos Quest II (second part of the game). "The dying sun" is an idea of Space Quest series, but I miss SQ old adventures, so I enjoyed Cosmos Quest. I counted about 6 puzzles all in all, but the above issues make it seem much longer. To that, add no character development, no introduction of the different alien races. No sense of purpose: You actually learn about the plot practically at the end, once you've "solved" most of it. Well, you don't really do much about it, you just overhear that the bad guys had been planning something really nasty, so you solve it by telling your daddy about it. Dull dialogs and bad grammar; fortunately, as pointed out, they don't abound, as there isn't much to read. The game certainly has some redeeming points: interesting locations, OK music and the backgrounds are not bad at all. However, I found it disappointing overall.
