"An adventure so engaging, you're going to want to fall asleep, too!"

You're not gonna believe this. But I'm gonna tell you anyway. Okay, so my name is Ian. I'm an adventurer. I know, original, huh? So anyhoo, I just finished this one, other, UNRELATED story, and I kinda got lost. Which was okay because I got lost near this big motel. So anyhoo, I was there bartering for overnight board, right, and this monster comes in. He's as big as an elephant, and blood is dripping from his jaws, and he grabs up this Kid.

She starts screaming, "Help me! Help me!" So I ran over and beat this thing up. I was all like, "Pichowww! Pichowww! Mmmrrwwaaaoo!" And it was all like, "Ahh! No! No!" And then I totally beat it. But then, just as I was rescuing the kid, like 20 more of them showed up. And I was all like, "Grrrrrr, psfsshhhhk!" But they had all these awesome magic spells and, oh man, I didn't stand a chance. So they took the kid and disappeared in this AWESOME flash of light and special effects! At that moment, a gorgeous babe came along and begged me to help her find the lost child. "Babe," I said to her, "I'm an adventurer. Leave it to me." And then I set off on this really awesome and cool adventure, that you will love and enjoy and have fun playing. Especially the part with me and these foxy ladies in the sauna.

A lot of. . .weirdness.
And, especially near the end, a some buggienes that made the game feel incomplete. I am not sure if I enjoyed the game or not, but it was certainly. . .different.

Having finished it, I'm still not sure if I like the game or not. Some of it was well done, but the hotspots issue and the lack of the character telling me if something worked or not was annoying. Also, it needs more careful programming, so that the character doesn't know to ask drunk about the cult before he is told about it by the climber.

This game was a bit of a mixed bag for me, though it was pretty darn good overall, despite its flaws.

The game had a very nice look to it, and had a lot of personality in its style, events and characters.

On the other hand, there were a few sticking points, like some small hotspots, times where I'd have a little trouble getting to the next screen (thouh rarely for very long), some spelling mistakes that stood out (e.g., gaurd, liar), and some issues with the interface that were previously mentionned. A couple of the puzzles were a bit weird, too.

All that being said, however, the sheer personality of the game was good to the point that it left me wanting more, and for the game to have been just a bit better developped (with more hotspots and interactions for them, for example) and longer.

I'd reccomend this one despite its flaws.

Bit of a 'love hate' thing going on here.

Well, the way the interface was coded really annoyed me. There were some objects that when you try to combine them or use a verb with them, the character just does nothing. In my game I have a default thing to say if nothing else has been set for the object like "I don't need to pick that up". And also, after I'd clicked on the object it didn't revert back to "Walk To".

somebody tell me how many awards this game has won because i think i might just die if it hasnt. is there a slicker, smarter wittier game ? well yes there probably is but this is a perfectly good replacement! great stuff

This game seems thrown together... like it started off nice and interesting, but then just started bouncing off the walls. I had trouble following what was going on, which is sad considering how simple minded the plot actually is. The plot seems an excuse to be able to throw random puzzles, random characters, and random scenes into one game. As an avid fan of dreaming and adventure games, I cannot really recommend this game on either front. Only play if you're truly bored of everything else...

Oh man, I wish I was DEAD! Because this game is over, and I want to play more, but I CAN'T!!! Unless I start over! I think I WILL!!! :D

This game is cool and stylish, I love the weird ideas in it. Music is very well done too. Some more possible interaction wiht the hotsport would have been nice, but still this gets my *thumbs up*, Rusalka! :)
