Some improvements over the original but the often illogically-difficult puzzles persist, bringing down what could otherwise be a great game.

Yes, I agree with wiadp1. The arcades are frustrating. But meteorites are very easy arcade. First, save the game and move the ship in the lower left part of the screen and don't do anything. There are not so many meteorites and with a little luck you will reach Pitla very easy (but before leaving Radion, plug the anti-radiation block spray inside the shuttle). In the 3rd part of Cosmos Quest there are no arcades.

Cosmos Quest 1 was a great game. Cosmos Quest 2 could be a better one but why you put so stupid and frustrating arcade sequences. First Diamond Mine III was a joke in my opinion. Controlling it with mouse was very exhausted, but ok. It was short and not so hard so I was able to accept that part. But when I achieved Pitla and died because of radiation I was so frustrated that I deleted this game and I am not going to complete it. I was looking for good adventure and repeating this meteor shower isn't a pleasure for me. I am really dissapointed. The beginning of second part was so promising and then such a surprise. In my opinion the first Cosmos Quest was much better. Please don't put so hard arcade sequences in adventure games. For example I try to avoid games with typical arcade parts in which you can die and start everything from the beginning or last saved state.

The improvements from Cosmos Quest III (double click on "Go icon" and labels when the mouse is over hotspot, object or character) were added to the second part of Cosmos Quest. Now those who were disappointed by the pixel-hunting and had difficulties with finding the exits can try the game again. Thank you for all your advises.

I can't give it 100% due to the arcade sequences (I hate the part with the game in the bar! Keyboard controls would be better there) and due to some stupid dead-ends. I mean, how the f**k should I know I don't have radiation protection without reading a walkthrough?! Jeez!

Good game, except the fact there are some stupid dead ends in it... and some puzzles suck.

I really liked that game - great stuff. What put me off was the action things, like meteroites and the crab - which forced me not to complete it. Some puzzles were really good, the robot - how could you guess that.
Overall, thank you! Fantastic.
